1. Service scope
Property Intelligence Agent / PropertyTrend is an information, research, analytics and property-communication platform. It organizes available evidence about societies, phases, sectors, blocks, properties, listings and conversations. It is not a real-estate broker, law firm, surveyor, valuer, lender or government authority unless expressly stated for a particular source.
2. Information quality and verification
Property information, prices, availability, approvals, possession, development status, agent statements and market conditions may change or contain conflicts. PropertyTrend labels claims by source and confidence, but users must independently verify title, identity, dues, legal status, transferability, possession, physical condition and all other material facts with the relevant authority, society, owner and qualified professionals.
“Asking price,” “agent-confirmed demand” and “indicative final cash” are not the same as a confirmed transaction price. A low price is a reason to verify more carefully, not proof of a bargain.
3. Communication and automation
Where enabled, PropertyTrend may use the official Meta WhatsApp Business Cloud API and may prepare concise information requests or non-binding price discussions. Communication remains subject to consent, opt-out, service-window, template, pilot and policy controls.
An automated response cannot accept or finalize a binding property deal. It cannot send money, promise a token, sign or authorize a transfer, or represent that a purchase is final. Any binding commitment, payment, token, signature or transfer requires explicit human action and appropriate due diligence.
4. Your decisions
You remain responsible for deciding whether and how to act on information received through PropertyTrend. Before purchase or payment, obtain original-document inspection, official verification, physical inspection, dues confirmation and qualified legal or professional advice as applicable.
Do not submit credentials, payment information or sensitive documents through an unapproved channel. Use the public privacy policy and data deletion page for privacy requests.
5. Updates
These terms may be updated as the service, legal requirements or communication channels change. The update date is shown on this page. Continued use of the public pages after an update means the updated terms apply to future use of the service.
